I set a goal to lose 12 pounds a couple weeks ago, with my "deadline" being tomorrow, so I need to lose another 1.2 pounds by tomorrow to reach my goal. This means a lot to me!!! Please give me any tips you have!! I'm planning on doing a water fast (trying to detox after all the crap I ate yesterday at Sunday dinner) and doing some toning exercises and cardio this morning. What else can I do?? Thanks :)
